No. Vehicle identity and manufacturer records do not replace health, fire, building, business-license or site approvals for the intended operation.
02Can the VIN-certified shell leave Florida before the interior is built?+
Yes. It can be transferred to the buyer's qualified builder after Concession Nation's rolling-shell, American VIN, applicable certification and supplied-unit records are defined for the handoff.
03Who provides the warranty after another builder completes it?+
Concession Nation provides and administers the unit-specific warranty package for its rolling-shell scope; the receiving builder remains responsible for its own contract scope. The signed documents control term, start date, coverage, exclusions, claims and any modification limits.
