This notice explains how MOBITRUCK uses information submitted through mobitruckusa.com and how optional site analytics operate.
Project inquiries
When you request pricing or a project review, we receive the contact and project information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email, phone, location, application, build path, quantity, timing, budget context and notes. We also attach a non-personal inquiry reference and limited first-touch and last-touch context such as campaign tags, referring site and landing page so the team can understand how the business conversation began. We use this information to respond, qualify the request, prepare the next project step and maintain a record of the business conversation.
Analytics
Google Analytics runs in advanced consent mode with analytics storage denied by default. Before consent, or after you decline, Google tags may send limited measurements and consent-status signals without analytics cookies or device identifiers so aggregate activity can be modeled. If you allow analytics, analytics storage and fuller measurement are enabled. Google explains this distinction in its consent mode overview. Analytics helps us understand page use, traffic sources and actions such as quote-button clicks, successful form submissions, qualified inquiries and completed sales. A random inquiry reference may connect those stages. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, free-form project notes or calculator financial inputs to Google Analytics.
Service providers
Website hosting, analytics and lead-delivery providers may process limited information on our behalf to operate the site and deliver your inquiry. We configure these services for the stated business purpose and do not sell form submissions.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical measures such as encrypted transport, server-side validation, rate limits and spam controls. Information is retained as reasonably needed to respond, manage the commercial relationship, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics in the site banner. To ask about, correct or request deletion of inquiry information, contact [email protected]. We may need to retain limited records where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
