Primary manufacturing program

Commercial trailer shells.
Built for the next stage.

MOBITRUCK shell kits are manufactured and prepared at the production facility in Estonia. Concession Nation assembles the imported kit into a U.S. VIN-certified rolling shell that it or another qualified builder can complete.

What the path solves

A defined starting point.
A clearer handoff.

The final quote controls the actual scope. This page establishes the decisions that should be made before the project enters production.

01

Commercial body

A recognizable rounded platform developed for customer-facing business applications.

02

Defined openings

Service windows, access points and exterior requirements are agreed before production.

03

U.S. VIN & certification

Concession Nation assembles the imported shell kit, assigns the American VIN, completes the applicable U.S. vehicle certification work and documents the project-specified Dexter axles and electric trailer brakes.

04

Open builder handoff

The shell or VIN-equipped rolling package can be transferred to your qualified builder outside Florida for its own interior, equipment, inspection and warranty scope.

05

Repeatable base

Approved platform decisions create a clearer starting point for additional units.

Canonical scope evidence

What a commercial trailer shell quote must define

Use this page as the canonical scope reference for a MOBITRUCK shell kit, U.S. rolling shell or builder-ready handoff. The signed proposal, approved drawings and unit-specific records—not a generic web claim—control the delivered configuration.

Documents to request

  • Manufacturer and applicable vehicle-certification label records
  • Project-specific axle, brake, tire, rating and measured-weight records
  • Separate rolling-shell and final-builder warranty terms
  • Receiving inspection, open-item list and handoff acceptance record

Pricing method

Price follows the written scope.

  • Platform, dimensions, openings and exterior finish
  • Shell-kit, rolling-shell or builder-ready delivery level
  • Running gear, interfaces and any written rough-in scope
  • Final equipment, utilities and builder-assigned work
  • Destination, logistics, quantity and required documentation

Lead-time inputs

Verify the schedule before relying on it.

  • Approved drawings and decision readiness
  • Material, component and production-slot availability
  • U.S. assembly and receiving-builder capacity
  • Change control, transport and handoff timing
  • Authority review and inspection timing, which is not a manufacturer promise

Project path

Four decisions
before production.

Discuss your scope ↗
  1. 01

    Approve the Estonia-made shell kit

The operator or receiving builder selects the MOBITRUCK platform, size, openings and exterior requirements before the shell kit is cut, welded, formed, painted, checked and packed at the production facility in Estonia.

  2. 02

    Build the U.S. rolling shell

Concession Nation assembles the kit, assigns the American VIN, completes the applicable vehicle certification work and documents the running gear.

  3. 03

    Lock the responsibility matrix

The orders identify MOBITRUCK shell scope and the receiving builder's local materials, equipment, compliance, inspection and warranty responsibilities.

  4. 04

    Choose the final upfitter

Concession Nation can continue through a complete Deerfield Beach build, or release the documented rolling shell to the buyer's qualified builder.

Questions
to resolve.

01Is this an empty cargo trailer?+

No. MOBITRUCK® shells are purpose-built commercial platforms with the exterior form, openings and agreed base scope planned around the intended business use.

02Can my own builder finish the interior?+

Yes. That is the central purpose of the shell path. The responsibility matrix should identify exactly what MOBITRUCK® supplies and what your builder completes.

03Who provides the U.S. VIN and certification before my builder starts?+

Under the current MOBITRUCK U.S. path, Concession Nation, Inc. assembles the imported shell kit. After rolling-shell assembly it creates the VIN and MCO / Certificate of Origin, applies the MANUFACTURED BY certification label, records the Dexter axle model, weighs the rolling shell and provides its unit-specific warranty package. Any additional ratings must come from the actual delivered records.

04Do I have to use Concession Nation?+

No. Concession Nation is the documented Deerfield Beach completion and demonstration partner for selected U.S. projects, but a qualified independent builder or upfitter can also source and complete a MOBITRUCK shell under a defined responsibility matrix.

05Can I order multiple matching shells?+

Yes. Multi-unit opportunities begin with a prototype and an approved repeatable specification.
