02When are the VIN, MCO and certification label created?+
They are created after the rolling shell is assembled. The trailer is also weighed at the rolling-shell stage, before later final-upfit equipment changes its weight.
03What Dexter information is transferred?+
The confirmed Dexter handoff record is the axle model. Any additional axle, brake, tire or rating data is unit-specific and should be relied on only when it appears in the delivered records.
04Who manages the other U.S. compliance and inspection work?+
Concession Nation manages the vehicle and build documentation assigned to its rolling-shell or final-build scope. If another builder completes the unit, its contract assigns its later compliance and inspection responsibilities. Concession Nation provides and administers the unit-specific written warranty package for its supplied scope. That document controls shell-component and exterior-finish coverage, rolling-shell assembly, Dexter axle and brake coverage, Concession Nation-installed equipment, term and start date, exclusions, claims and any independent-builder changes that end or limit coverage. A receiving builder remains responsible for the work assigned to its own contract.
