U.S. shell completion series

MOBITRUCK shell-to-builder handoff checklist.
Verify the U.S. rolling shell before it moves

Use this checklist when MOBITRUCK, Concession Nation and the buyer's qualified builder divide shell-kit manufacturing and preparation in Estonia, U.S. rolling-shell assembly and final-build responsibilities. The signed proposal and actual unit documents remain controlling.

What the configuration must solve

Plan the operation.
Then build the unit.

The final engineering and local approval path depend on the selected equipment, jurisdiction and licensed professionals. This page organizes the commercial brief before those decisions are locked.

01

Approved shell-kit package

Approve the model, openings, interfaces, finish, exclusions and receiving party before shell-kit production begins in Estonia.

02

American VIN and certification identity

Before release, verify the physical VIN label, Concession Nation manufacturer identity, MCO and applicable vehicle-certification records for the actual rolling shell.

03

Dexter axle model and rolling-shell weight

Match the Dexter axle model and measured rolling-shell weight to the supplied file, then record any additional unit-specific rating or brake information.

04

Receiving-builder acceptance

The receiving builder records condition, measurements, documents, open items and exceptions before accepting the next completion stage.

Operating logic

From customer arrival
to service handoff.

  1. 01

    Before shell-kit production in Estonia

Confirm model, dimensions, openings, access, interfaces, represented origin, exclusions and the U.S. receiving party.

  2. 02

    Before Concession Nation release

Confirm the American VIN, MCO / Certificate of Origin, MANUFACTURED BY certification label, Dexter axle model, measured rolling-shell weight and unit-specific written warranty package.

  3. 03

    At final-builder receipt

Record condition, physical VIN label, supplied documents, measurements, running-gear identification, open items and acceptance or exceptions.

  4. 04

    Before customer handoff

Add the receiving builder's equipment schedule, inspection records, authority decisions, bill of sale and warranty documents to the rolling-shell records.

Before you build

Questions
to resolve.

01Is this page a final contractual checklist?+

No. It is a planning guide. The signed MOBITRUCK kit proposal, Concession Nation VIN/certification and rolling-shell documents, and receiving builder's completion contract control the deliverables.

02Can the rolling shell go to a builder outside Florida?+

Yes. The location does not change the need to identify every supplied component, document, inspection responsibility and warranty boundary before transfer.

03Should the buyer wait until pickup to ask about warranty?+

No. Concession Nation coverage for its supplied rolling shell and receiving-builder coverage for its completion work should be written before final payment.
