Concession Nation assembles it as a U.S. rolling shell, assigns the American VIN and completes the applicable vehicle certification work. Then Concession Nation or another qualified builder completes the application.

Complete in Deerfield Beach or transfer the rolling shell to another qualified builder or upfitter, including a builder outside Florida.

02Who provides the VIN under the current U.S. path?+
After rolling-shell assembly, Concession Nation, Inc. creates the American VIN, issues the MCO / Certificate of Origin and applies the certification label stating MANUFACTURED BY: Concession Nation, Inc. The actual unit records remain controlling.
03Does this process guarantee every local permit?+
No. The receiving builder manages the compliance and inspection work in its scope, while the applicable health, fire, building, business-license and site authorities issue their own decisions.
