That depends on the menu and volume. Common planning inputs include the espresso machine and grinders, refrigeration, display, ice, sinks, water heating, smallwares, storage, point of sale and any cooking, ventilation or fire-protection requirements.
04Who assembles and finishes the U.S. unit?+
MOBITRUCK supplies the shell system. Under the current U.S. path, Concession Nation assembles the rolling shell in Deerfield Beach and can complete the equipment build. A qualified builder selected by the buyer may instead receive and finish the documented rolling shell.
