ENK-6 V is a flagship model in the ENK series, featuring a spacious 151 sq. ft. (14 sq. meters) interior designed to accommodate up to 7 staff members of a mobile kitchen. This model stands out for its fiberglass truck body with minimal seams. The front and rear sections are molded monocoque structures, creating a bold, distinctive design for the food truck.

All interior equipment complies with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards, and the food truck is HACCP certified.
Exterior Features:
- Body Color: The body can be painted (SPIES HECKER, Germany) in standard customer-selected colors: red, blue, or green. The painting process follows automotive standards. Custom colors are available upon request.
- Material: Fiberglass, operational temperature range from -58°F to 212°F (-50°C to +100°C), thickness: 0.16 inches (4 mm).
- Lighting: Eight lighting elements—two blocks with two headlights each in the front and two blocks with two taillights each in the rear. Lighting meets European standards.
- Wall and Ceiling Lining: Stainless steel (AISI 430), thickness: 0.02 inches (0.5 mm).
- Flooring: Ribbed aluminum (quintet) 0.06 inches (1.5 mm), laminated plywood (0.47 inches/12 mm), with 2 inches (50 mm) of insulation.

- Lighting: Interior lighting includes two LED strips and additional lights above workstations.

Delivery to any region or country is carried out through a transport company at the customer's expense. Alternatively, you can pick up the food truck with your own vehicle and tow it as a trailer.
The walls and floor of the food truck are insulated with a double layer of insulation to avoid heat loss. There is a possibility to install a warm floor, and heat curtains over the windows and over the entrance door. Our food trucks have had a good frosty test drive in Minnesota, North Dakota, Wyoming and Vermont cities.
Along with the food truck, you will receive the title (Certificate of Title) with a special note such as 'Mobile Food Vendor' or 'Mobile Food Establishment.'
